gTech’s Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) leverages deep user, operational, and technical insights to innovate Google’s Ads products into customer experiences that are so intuitive (or automated) that they require no support at all. gPTO partners closely with gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users.
The Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) within gTech strives to delight customers by obviating the need for support across a range of product areas. Within gPTO, the Ads Core Billing team works closely with several product and engineering organizations to develop and improve Ads billing products and tools. We are advocates of the customer experience, advocating for product improvements backed by deep product expertise and data-driven insights.
As a Product Operations Manager, you will work cross-functionally with a wide network of partners and levels, spanning multiple organizations as well as within gTech. You will be involved in one of Google’s major initiatives in close collaboration with teams across Product, Engineering, Google Sales, Operations, etc.. You will be part of the complete lifecycle of product development as the representative of the advertiser bringing in insights from support and consultants within gTech. You will help facilitate the billing process, product, and feature advancements by building deep product and operations expertise. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and propose solutions for issues that will improve the experience for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
Act as an Ads Billing Expert while overseeing a variety of projects. Communicate product roadmap and strategy to stakeholders and provide product knowledge to support and sales teams.
Develop product direction and roadmaps in partnership with Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Understand and advocate for customers, sales, and support teams throughout the full product and process development cycles.
Interpret customer and sales feedback into product feature requests, build business cases, and clearly articulate prioritized tasks to Product teams.
Identify and drive opportunities for product and operational improvements and gather user requirements supported by data. Identify process inefficiencies for Sales and Support teams and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive efficiency solutions.
Manage user launch readiness (i.e., customers, sales and support teams), communicate testing and launch of new products and features to impacted users.
