Experience Studio is a team of designers, producers, project managers, engineers, and business thinkers whose mission is to build brand trust with Google’s customers through the creation of customer experience centers and interactive technology. As a Producer in the Production Support Office, you will be the representative of Experience Studio to our Experience Centers around the world, making sure that the facility, technology, and show in the center continues to work as Google’s business changes.
In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor for our Business Leads, understanding their business and operational priorities and collaborating with our technical, operational, and creative Experience Studio team members to deliver project and service solutions that meet those needs. You’ll get to know the centers, staff, and sales teams in your portfolio, and you’ll influence long-term Experience Studio product and services roadmap by sharing feedback with Experience Studio teams. You’ll engage with event and venue providers to negotiate terms and ensure service level agreements are met.

Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders who operate Experience Centers, develop insights around emerging business, technology, and space requirements and develop short- and long-term plans to address them.
Manage intake process for all center maintenance and upgrade requests, use prioritization framework to align on the most impactful work with Experience Studio teams and business stakeholders and secure resources.
Scope new solutions with Experience Studio team members and manage the delivery of projects to the centers leveraging multidisciplinary teams.
Source, onboard, and manage vendors to deliver projects and ongoing services. Monitor effectiveness of project delivery and center services and drive improvements.
Leverage business metrics to develop and execute strategies to improve utilization of centers and drive scalable solutions across the Experience Center portfolio.
