Our mission: The best resolution for every user, every time.
As a Program Manager for the Ads Content Strategy team, you will define, manage, and lead complex projects in the help content space. You’ll be central to the execution of high-impact programs to reduce the need for support agent calls by making help content accurate, comprehensive, discoverable, and consumable.
You will drive projects through the entire lifecycle, including initiation, prioritization, implementation, and measurement. This will include managing project schedules, identifying risks and roadblocks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. You will work closely with content strategists, global product leads, operations managers, and others.
Beyond program delivery, we seek professionals with proven experience in leading projects through managing complex project schedules and communicating with partners. In this role, you will need to think clearly, critically, and analytically, and utilize a collaborative working style, and a high level of organizational acumen.
You will also initiate, manage, and lead complex projects in the help content space to reduce the need for customer calls to support agents. You’ll be the chief person of contact (POC) for both cross-functional and internal relationships and programs for these efforts.
