5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: compliance, risk management, audit, legal, consulting, or within a technical risk management discipline
Experience conducting risk and compliance assessments in an organization
Experience with data analytics
Preferred qualifications:
Experience driving collection, analysis, and interpretation of data analytics
Experience with control frameworks, including risk assessment, compliance testing, monitoring, and governance
Experience with operationalizing regulatory requirements
Experience in the operationalization and/or development of scalable solutions and structure within a complex environment
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to solve problems horizontally across multiple functions and stakeholders
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and delivering results in challenging situations
About the job
As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead multi-disciplinary projects, plan requirements with internal customers, and manage projects through the entire project lifecycle.
In this role, you will be part of a team reinventing the way the extended workforce is managed across the Technical Infrastructure product area. You will evolve the compliance program for Technical Infrastructure (TI) and work closely with the business and other relevant compliance teams across the company to assess and minimize compliance risk across TI. In doing so, you will collaborate with your counterparts in the various business lines and present to executives within Google.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute risk assessments. Design and support implementation of mitigation strategies and programs to address risks to the business.
Influence and assist business or process owners to develop effective processes, policies, controls, and metrics that ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and standards. Close gaps in their controls and adopt processes that will help grow the business in a compliant manner.
Execute on monitoring, testing, and related assessments of the compliance program.
Coordinate with central compliance teams to ensure compliance programs in TI are up to company-wide standards, and compliance trainings are delivered to and completed by all relevant employees.
Develop vendor risk models and solvency assessments to ensure business continuity, security, and sustainability.
