About the job
The Event Solutions Team is responsible for supporting and delivering a broad spectrum of experiential events (e.g., sales, learning, development, strategy, social, culture, etc) for Googlers. The team works with a variety of vendors and partners to provide great service, high-quality production, and end-to-end event consultancy and support.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for organization, coordination, and implementation of high visibility projects across multiple stakeholder groups and the Google enterprise. The focus of the Strategic Solutions program is solving problems and building for our product areas, event hosts, and audiences. You will work closely with the Strategic Solutions Lead to collect internal and external business insights, develop multi-channel marketing and communications strategies, build user education and enablement mechanisms, and develop evergreen engagement methodologies across our partner and customer communities. You will be heavily involved in informed forecasting and storytelling with data, innovation efforts, and annual strategic planning for a global team.
The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google’s culture and values to life. We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Googley workspaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally. We also manage the industry-leading services that help make Google a great place to work – from how we design healthy and collaborative workspaces, create energizing food experiences, provide convenient transportation and fitness options, to delivering inclusive environments where Google and our employees can thrive.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships across Google with operational team members, event enablement partners, and customer communities (e.g. Product Areas).
Develop and communicate clear and concise narratives and value propositions. Brand and field activations, program strategy, and innovation.
Organize and coordinate across multiple projects and various stakeholders simultaneously. Develop measurable milestones and process plans for pilot, prototype, and experimentation efforts.
Coordinate, moderate, and execute both internal and cross-functional meetings and events. Establish agendas, identify action items, and drive to successful completion.
Assist Strategic Solutions Leads in charting future directions for the global Events Solutions team.
