As part of the Google Cloud Customer Experience team, the Executive Briefing Program Manager, brings together the best of Google Cloud’s thinking and technology to help enterprise customers and partners solve their challenges and accelerate their transformations. The Executive Briefing program serves as an innovation hub. We seek to deepen relationships, accelerate business, and drive consumption with our strategic customers and partners.
In this role, you will consult and collaborate with Account teams and cross-functional leaders from around the world to craft a narrative that will inspire, engage, and educate enterprise executives and decision makers to drive business objectives, while providing excellent customer experiences.
You will bring an understanding of the cloud technology landscape, from collaboration tools to hybrid cloud, to facilitate meaningful dialogues with customers and partners. You will develop and leverage custom curated agendas, content, and demonstrations to showcase Google Cloud business and technology solutions digitally and in-person at our Executive Briefing Center.

Responsibilities
Consult, program manage, and facilitate executive briefing experiences for C-level and executive decision-makers from enterprise-level customers through cross-functional collaboration with internal Go-To-Market, Product, and Engineering teams. Partner with central Executive Briefing Center operations and coordinator teams.
Manage all aspects of the executive briefing experience from pre-planning to post-meeting debrief, including, leading all Account team and customer communications, developing agendas, curating and customizing content, identifying and preparing appropriate presenters, facilitating and hosting the meeting day-of, capturing customer insights and action items throughout the briefing, and delivering feedback to relevant stakeholders.
Drive cross-functional stakeholder relationships within Go-To-Market teams to ensure the program is embedded into account planning.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the program, proactively identifying areas of opportunity to streamline processes, content, and strategies.
