About the job
The Speakers Bureau, Program Manager will focus on critical content and messaging for our Global Executive Briefing Program. Your work will ensure briefings are bringing the Google Cloud story to life for our customers. From the topics on an agenda, to slides in the briefing room, and narratives shared in demos having curated messaging that aligns with the Google Cloud brand and solutions we provide. You will be the resident storyteller, helping the team put forth customer engagements that are inspiring and aligned with Google Cloud Go-To-Market.
In this role, you will be responsible for the internal relationship management with organizations such as Product, Industry, Marketing, and cross-Product Area groups in order to build and maintain aligned messaging and narratives to help the Executive Briefing Center (EBC) team deliver impactful briefings, and drive value for our users. As Google Cloud rapidly grows, our portfolio is exponentially expanding. The EBC Messaging Program Manager will ensure that the EBC team is enabled and proactively aware of launches and message changes in line with announcements.

Responsibilities
Manage relationships with Product, Industry Solutions, Product Marketing, and cross-Product Area teams on a quarterly basis to align the program’s messaging with the latest Go-To-Market strategy and associated speakers available to support.
Partner with location leads to tailor specific EBC exhibits and narrative development, including ongoing content refresh project management and projects for new sites. Produce training materials and train EBC teams on the narratives developed, and own the creation and major evolution of demo narratives in partnership with the Demo team.
Build and maintain Topic Catalog with current messaging. Own the discovery process for topics of interest.
Own sample agenda strategy and development for industries and product areas, aligning to sales Go-To-Market. Share findings to EBC teams through a biweekly meeting or email recap on market trends and insights.
Travel for in-person customer engagements.
