The Global Facilities team is a customer service oriented organization, that owns all aspects of the facilities operations within each of our locations. Our goal is to deliver facilities services and programs that create an exceptional and inclusive experience that promotes productivity and enables Google to thrive.
As a Program Manager for the Global Facilities organization, you will help to define and oversee the framework for the delivery of globally consistent Facilities programs and services across all the locations at scale. You will need to demonstrate a high level of management abilities, strategic thinking and leadership skills to effectively manage all aspects of the role.
You will own and manage large scale projects, inclusive of creating program plans, data analysis, operational execution and measuring success. You will need to be motivated by autonomy and ownership, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage change. You are responsible for connecting resources across REWS to create amazing experiences for all organizations and teams. You must facilitate strategic discussions, build trust in difficult situations, get buy-in and consensus from leaders with diverse opinions.

The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google’s culture and values to life. We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Googley workspaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally. Responsibilities
Provide structure and framework for REWS facilities programs and services in all global locations.
Lead multiple, complex operational and strategic initiatives, from conception to conclusion. Be a strategic thought partner to our REWS business leaders and stakeholder teams around the world.
Ensure that REWS teams (Facilities, GSRS, Planning, Food, Real Estate, etc) are effectively synchronized to deliver results, and resources are aligned with our Business Partners, and Extended Workforce partners (xWS) on long-term strategic initiatives.
Maintain consistent messaging, and ensure REWS stakeholder awareness and understanding of changes to organizational priorities.
Work closely with the Director of Global Facilities Programs to set strategy, identify operational priorities and opportunities, create and implement operating solutions, and measure outcomes for successful delivery of programs and services.
