Experience connecting with and influencing executive stakeholders.
Experience with Voice of the Customer programs.

Additional Information
(Colorado only*) Minimum full-time salary range between $169,000 – $181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. *Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.
Responsibilities
Program Manage key Vice President-level strategic initiative centered around leveling user voice insights across gUP.
Connect cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand current business challenges and design solutions.
Develop programs to educate, improve service offerings, and influence consistent org-wide processes.
Lead stakeholder management for multiple functions and product teams, landing solutions in various teams.
Advocate for users’ needs, understand their issues, and influence future support solutions to help keep our business at the forefront of customer support.
