Experience working with global cross-functional teams in the technology/distribution market.
Understanding of B2C/B2B, transportation, fulfillment and distribution operations.
Ability to bring teams together and solve complex problems.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and changing priorities and deadlines.
Execellent communication, organizational,analytical and problem solving skills.

You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for projects as you take them through the Hardware Planning and Fulfillment development lifecycle and ensure they meet all success criteria and objectives at each phase. You will lead cross-functional project teams and partner with various stakeholders to develop and execute project plans, drive risk assessment and mitigation, and provide clear/concise communication at all levels of the organization. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, you will keep all players coordinated and leadership informed on the project’s progress and deadlines. You will also drive key cross-functional initiatives in support of scalable, sustainable growth of the organization and its partners.

Responsibilities
Develop and launch Google’s devices, continuously drive processes improvements, and tirelessly pursue efficiency within the supply chain and partnerships.
Identify and drive key operational and cost saving improvement opportunities both within the organisation and cross functionally
Manage New Product Introduction NPI / program launches for key initiatives and solve supply chain issues with speed, accuracy, and completeness.
Build, socialize, and land business cases to support supply chain changes or improvements. Drive cross functional support between supply chain and supporting cross-functional teams.
Identify and implement solutions to complex or large supply chain problems that span multiple teams and business units
