Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of experience in multiple aspects of hardware and manufacturing operations.
  • 5 years of experience in one or more of the following fields: new product introduction, supply chain management, manufacturing operations, development or operations engineering.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or MBA in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead large, complex, cross-functional Program teams within Google and with external partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions.
  • Plan and execute operations development activities and ensure transition to production within cost, quality and capacity parameters. Ensure successful production transitions meeting program goals.
  • Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (i.e., material availability, cost, assembly, test, Bill of Materials (BOM)/capacity readiness and transition plans).
  • Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific strategic reasons, while accounting for risks, changes in schedule or demand.
