Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google’s functions to help products execute optimally. Establishing and leading processes, systems, and tools for effectively managing the Google Nest Operations organization.
Proactively identify problems, risks, and dependencies across the Google Nest organization and create programs and/or processes to solve them.
Structure and execute analyses required to develop recommendations. Communicate findings to the leadership team and the broader organization. Determine plan to execute and implement solutions.
Design and build key operational structures, risk management tools, and processes to ensure continuity of the Google Nest Supply Chain, a continuous improvement mindset, and optimal working efficiency across the global team.
Develop key performance indicators and dashboards for use by executive team to manage the business. Provide ad hoc data-driven strategy recommendations to leadership based on analyses, experience, business and technical acumen and sound judgment.
