The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
The Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) organization provides business critical analytical insights, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams to drive global initiatives forward. The Sales Analytics and Solutions team (SaS) resides in the RSO organization and is accountable for many of the systems and processes which GCS members use. These include the systems behind scaled insights generation, assignments models and target attainment. These systems need to maintain high quality and robustness in order to ensure our members can work effectively. When our GCS team members are happy, so are we.
In this role, you’ll problem-solve interesting challenges with high business impact working across teams responsible for tooling, incentives, program design, and other functions at the heart of GCS. You will collaborate with team leads to identify innovative changes to improve how GCS operates and provide a foundation for GCS seller success.

Coordinate across engineering, central strategy, and sales teams to proactively identify issues and problem-solve solutions.
Own GCS-wide initiatives including project planning and scheduling, communication, and execution.
Partner with program management and engineering teams to design and deploy solutions to simplify sales processes.
Get executive buy-in and lead creation of executive updates on team projects and successes.
Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders.
