About the job
In this role, you will work to ensure that our customers and publishers have a simple payments experience. You’ll work cross-functionally across a wide variety of stakeholders including product management, engineering, partner management, controllership, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), finance, and Google Payments.
You’ll provide insights and recommendations on bringing a seamless payments experience and be the go-to person for questions and issues. You will establish working relationships with peers within and outside of the organization to drive recommendations and solutions to build out, operationalize, and scale the business.
Stadia is Google’s cloud-based gaming platform, designed for everyone to play games on devices they already own. Custom built hardware, cutting-edge data centers and rapidly-evolving open source technology deliver a seamless gaming experience for players to discover, engage, and connect with their favorite games. Our team members are building the tools that will push game development by our partners to new levels, reducing the barrier to entry and bringing gaming to everyone.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day publisher payment operations, including executing monthly payment cycle, supporting launches, and ensuring good external partner relations.
Influence the future of the payments program through driving strategic initiatives that scale and improve the Stadia business.
Collaborate with product management and engineering on projects to provide input into developing and scaling billing for payment models.
Liaise with controllership, finance, and Google Payments to ensure payment initiatives are supported with appropriate cross-functional resources.
Manage priorities and deliver against schedules and milestones.
