The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Lead and support critical projects based on emergent business needs, structure and execute analyses required to develop recommendations, present to executives and operationalize action plans.
- Drive problem solving through clarity and structure, ensure solutions are implemented within desired timelines.
- Support the development and track progress of customer engineering engagements and projects, including customer follow-ups, OKRs, and key priorities throughout the year.
- Manage the tracking tools and dashboards that inform organizational objectives and priorities around customer engineering, policy reviews and team culture initiatives, understand data needed to answer strategic leadership questions, identify where data sets reside and how to manipulate them to answer key strategic questions.
- Communicate and build relationships with leadership by preparing polished presentations and identifying key takeaways, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
