As a Program Manager, you will lead strategy for a diverse portfolio of research projects, provide leadership support, and implement organization-wide processes and operations.

Responsibilities
Partner with internal organizational stakeholders in our Strategic Programs and Operations team.
Partner with leadership to help define strategy for our core research areas.
Drive project execution by partnering with technical teams to define milestones, key deliverables, and success criteria (i.e., communicating schedules/priorities, compiling status reports, creating project plans, managing issue data, and creating process documentation).
Drive operational workflows for the team, annual planning, meeting Objectives and Key Results, budgeting, driving efficiencies, communicating impact, and balancing competing priorities.
Manage and influence key executive stakeholders to understand current business needs, challenges, and solutions.
