Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in the communication field (e.g., Change Management, Program Management, Strategy)
4 years of experience in program management, strategy, or operations
Preferred qualifications:
Experience implementing projects in a demanding, change-oriented, fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity
Experience with analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management
Ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems
Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion, and work efficiently with a global team of colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support annual business planning, objective key results tracking, key organizational metrics, business reviews (e.g., QBR, MBRs, etc.), and other operationally strategic projects.
Own operational responsibilities associated with HC planning.
Drive operational excellence with budgeting.
Drive team engagement programs and initiatives.
Develop and manage monthly/quarterly team report outs/snippets.
