About the job
The Devices and Services Business Organization was formed with the purpose of bringing the best of Google’s software and hardware to our users by bringing to market and distributing a Google-branded hardware portfolio and suite of services. The team is responsible for managing all partnerships with carriers, retailers, energy providers, and resellers worldwide. This includes the partnerships for products (e.g., Pixel, Google WiFi, Chromecast, Google Nest Home, and services like Google One, Stadia, and Google Fi).
The Strategy and Operations team supports the Devices and Services Business Organization by providing strategic guidance and scaled support needed to enable the growth of our business. In this role, you will define and drive strategic and operational projects which involves working in a highly cross-functional manner to help confirm and evolve the process design, identify gaps, and find opportunities for improvements.
Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to define, launch, and drive strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives across the organization.
Play a key role in defining and driving projects that improve internal processes and operations, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Gather relevant data and conduct business analysis, develop and manage project trackers, timelines, and lead cross-functional groups to deliver on project objectives.
Identify gaps and propose changes to existing policy, systems, and process frameworks. Develop scalable solutions and work to manage risks across the organization.
Design, rollout, and land processes and program initiatives to influence global consistency, increase productivity, and improve overall program and organization operations
