Preferred qualifications:
10 years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Product Operations roles with core responsibilities of building relationships and in leading complex strategic and operational initiatives
Extensive stakeholder management experience; proven ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, HR, etc.).
Exceptional problem-solving, strategic, and analytical skills, combined with strong business acumen. Ability to perform initial analysis with limited direction (eg spreadsheet modeling)
Excellent communication skills, particularly with executive-level stakeholders.
Product/technical experience with Infrastructure, Cloud, Enterprise/B2B Businesses.

The Google Cloud Platform (GCP) & Technical Infrastructure (TI) Strategy Operations team designs and governs, budget planning and management initiatives and processes, that span the entire Engineering and Technical Infrastructure organization. Our primary focus areas include Resource management, Organization-wide planning, and landing Organization-wide Strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
Define and track key product/business metrics/Key Performance Indicators, drive annual planning for all P&L segments.
Lead projects and short-term deep dives: Lead cross-functional project teams to structure and execute analyses required to develop recommendations and communicate findings to senior leadership.
Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Manage project schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate goals to project stakeholders.
Analyze key metrics proactively and regularly, identifying initial insights and undertaking follow up in depth analysis.
Provide insightful data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership, based on strategic insights, analysis, experience, and technical acumen.
