About the job
Our team represents Google Cloud’s collective customers across various industries and global regions to ensure the broader organization is unified in resolving customer challenges. Our team works across Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Services, and Support to own the process for identifying and resolving “blockers” that hamper Google Cloud’s ability to make working with Google easier for our customers. Our team works with customer data (e.g., obtained via surveys, round-tables, customer gatherings, etc.) and uses it to identify and alleviate customers’ biggest challenges in working with Google Cloud.
In this role, you will be part of the Operations, Strategy, and Planning team. You will work closely with stakeholders across all parts of the organization to manage purchasing, budget, extended workforce planning, and operational support of team engagement with external groups including Finance, Extended Workforce, Legal, Cloud Systems. You will also be responsible for reporting metrics and dashboard updates used during monthly business reviews.
You will deliver a steady stream of tasks navigating many internal tools, systems, and teams to see requests through to completion. Prioritization of competing assignments, independence in finding solutions, and discovering creative alternatives will be key.

Responsibilities
Drive analytical problem-solving and deep dives. Work with large, complex data sets, solve difficult, non-routine problems, and apply advanced quantitative methods as needed.
Collaborate with a wide variety of cross-functional partners to determine business needs, drive analytical projects.
Create and track purchase orders for the Customer Advocacy and Insights team ensuring timely escalation through the approval chain.
Act as a steward for business metrics and reporting, including the development of new dashboards and data pipelines as needed (e.g., updating fields, running data, quick builds).
Manage budget management, requisitions, purchase orders management, statement of work creation, and monthly spend analysis and tracking.
