Experience in managing stakeholders, cross-functional master planning teams entitling and delivering complex, multi-phase sustainable mixed-use developments.
Ability to deliver executive presentations, write project status reports, and communicate deliverables to all stakeholders and management.
Ability to translate ideas and capabilities into effective initiatives.
Excellent leadership and strategic skills in prioritizing evolving initiatives in a fast-paced and high-tech environment.
About the job
As a Master Plan Development Executive on the Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team, you will lead the master planning, design, and district coordination efforts, and implementation of our mixed-use districts. While maintaining Google’s high standards for long-term sustainability and care for our world’s resources, you will also provide support in managing district and vertical entitlements, coordinating design and development strategies, including programming, budgeting, and scheduling, for our mixed-use districts, including corporate offices at times.

Responsibilities
Account for all activities related to Master Plan scope, defined as all Google non-workplace efforts and cross-coordination efforts in development, including District Coordination (i.e. how all aspects of the project fit together across the district).
Account with oversight of overall budget and schedule for all above. Make design, programming, and business related decisions.
Support strategy and execution of Google’s development district projects while working on vision, place creation, community engagement strategy, project management, cost, and schedule and information management.
Strategize project entitlements that are varying in sizes from individual parcels to full master plans, along with understanding of the land use process (i.e. CEQA and NEPA).
Prepare project charters for each development project, articulating the project vision, base building solutions, design principles, workplace objectives, budgets, schedules, and all other desired outcomes.
