Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in the online advertising industry (e.g., ad serving, programmatic), platforms, and trends.
Experience working with Google Ad Manager or AdMob platforms.
Experience launching revenue growth projects and initiatives by evaluating market needs and working with internal and external teams.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of digital advertising monetization in display, mobile, and video with Google solutions.
Knowledge of Gaming content owners’ revenue solutions and ecosystem.
Knowledge of digital industry trends (e.g., header bidding, privacy, etc).
Ability to understand monetization metrics and apply them to potential optimizations.
Ability to adapt to ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing environment
Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and partner relationship skills.
About the job
The role of Revenue Account Lead will help grow our relationships with our partners by helping them set-up and optimize their use of the Google Ad Manager (GAM) and AdMob platforms to drive new and existing programmatic revenue opportunities. The Revenue Account Lead will help our partners grow revenue across the full spectrum of Google’s capabilities (e.g., direct, indirect, deals, bidding).
This is a team-based selling environment, where the Revenue Account Lead works closely with other members of the account team and cross-functional Google teams to support day-to-day management and is the key Google Ad Manager and AdMob product expert.
Responsibilities
Act as Google Ad Manager and AdMob platform programmatic expert for Gaming Partners and provide specialized support at any stage (e.g., implementation, day-to-day questions, business strategy).
Build and maintain business relationships for Google Ad Manager and AdMob partners through close collaboration with partner account owners of all levels of seniority on a daily basis (e.g., frequent meetings with partners to present revenue optimizations, sales collateral, training materials, address analytics and reporting need).
Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of Google Ad Manager’s and AdMob’s partners, products, and services as it relates to growing the book of business.
Understand partner needs, opportunities for growth, and upsell on existing business.
Manage time-sensitive escalations related to project revenue performance changes, product issues, and challenges specific to a given partner.
