gTech’s Business and Outsourcing Strategy and Services team (gBOSS) provides consultative services to gTech, the Global Business Organization (GBO), and Google at large, enabling each part of our business by developing innovative, scalable, and compliant solutions that allow gTech to run efficient operations with the best vendor partners at optimal cost while minimizing risk.
The gTech Business and Outsourcing Strategy and Services (gBoss) team identifies and reduces the risks to business units to keep Google thriving. We anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of our key clients, and understand how our range of product and service offerings can enable their business success. As a Risk Solutions Consultant, you will be working closely with our partners, and provide Google-caliber risk services across the gTech organization.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute risk/compliance assessments to identify risks to the business.
Document workflow processes, risks, issues, controls, and control gaps.
Assist stakeholders in understanding the requirements to remediate identified risks, and collaborate to identify controls and process improvements for a successful remediation.
Work cross-functionally, to determine compliance and policy requirements and understand their impact on organizational workflows.
Collaborate with the Risk and Privacy team, provide visibility of identified risks and align on risk treatment strategies.
