You reach out proactively to show customers how Google Cloud solutions can help them become more productive, mobile, and collaborative. You’ll maintain relationships with clients and work cross-functionally to devise solutions and support for Google’s clients. Your guiding light is doing what’s right for the customer, you will meet customers exactly where they are and provide them the best solutions for innovation. Using your passion for Google products, you help spread the magic of Google to organizations around the world.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing the prospect pipeline, tracking opportunities, and strategizing with a dedicated Sales team. You will also demonstrate comfort working in ambiguity with minimal guidance at times. You will answer questions involving Looker’s value proposition, and communicate clearly and concisely via phone and email with prospects and your team. You will iterate on their process daily, weekly, and monthly in order to build a prospect pipeline for our Sales team.
Looker is a unified platform that powers data experiences and delivers actionable business insights to employees at the point of decision. Looker integrates data into the daily workflows of users to allow organizations to extract value from data at web-scale.
Educate prospects on Looker’s value in a clear and cohesive manner. Achieve and exceed quarterly goals and key performance indicators.
Be a relationship builder with prospective buyers and contacts within organizations.
Understand vertical-specific and geographic patterns and build campaigns around knowledge gained.
Generate new business leads through a mixture of calling and emailing, following up on campaigns as well as self-generated campaigns using value based approaches.
Take inventory of day-to-day activities and act upon knowledge gained.
