Our Customer Onboarding Team helps our newest clients launch, optimize and expand their advertising campaigns. In doing this, we help enable our customers with the first taste of sustainable success – reducing churn, increasing sustainability, and driving long term growth.
As the Sales Manager, Customer Onboarding for the US West region, you’ll lead a team of Account Executives and Account Managers. These Googlers work with new customers to navigate them through the world of digital marketing: crafting marketing objectives, developing media strategies, and setting them up with the right Google Ads product to reach key milestones. Additionally, you’ll be managing business operations working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to foster alignment and to drive customers long term success.

Responsibilities
Oversee business performance of assigned portfolio of accounts. Achieve quarterly targets and manage performance expectations with teams.
Partner effectively across different sales teams to align and foster winning as “One Team” to drive long term customer sustainability.
Provide career coaching/performance feedback and development opportunities on a regular basis. Lead by example and inspire others by doing the right thing for our clients.
Ensure healthy pipeline and work side by side with your product sellers (meet clients/shadow calls/co-pitch) coaching to grow their sales and product skills.
