Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
- Experience in meeting and exceeding business goals.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in promoting traditional and digital media advertising solutions.
- Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales.
- Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics, including product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy.
- Ability to achieve goals to drive growth.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $98,500-$143,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of businesses and develop a comprehensive understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Establish credibility with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, and serve as a trusted consultant to optimize and expand their advertising investment.
- Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
- Understand the team’s business growth drivers and risks and create multi-quarter plans to achieve growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
- Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
