Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) support, including profit and loss management, Operating Expense analysis, annual operating plan (AOP) support, monthly/quarterly forecasting, month-end close support, etc.
Experience in developing and maintaining monthly/quarterly reporting to business leaders and ability to turn data into actionable insights
Ability to motivate colleagues and collaborate effectively to help influence executive leadership with impeccable business judgment
Excellent quantitative, written, and presentation skills

The mission of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Hub is to deliver processes that work and access to the right data. We increase the front-line FP&A teams’ capacity to effectively partner with the business, drive growth, and manage risk.This is achieved by unleashing the power of technology, data, and process excellence to simplify work and accelerate insights. Examples of this include spend request validations, month-end tasks, and a unified “ask-finance” help desk that provides our business partners with quick answers to their financial questions. We also manage the outsourced FP&A vendor resources and are supporting FP&A with their systems transformation journey.
As a Senior FP&A Hub Financial Analyst, you will drive process efficiency and performance insights for key stakeholders. You will lead the implementation of scalable solutions that address the needs of your Finance partners, sharpen your analytical skills, and make an impact on a global scale.

Responsibilities
Partner with a specific product area (PA) or function (e.g., Technical Infrastructure, General and Administrative (G&A), etc.) and front-line FP&A team to meet the financial needs of the business.
Identify insights, data needs, and opportunities to leverage/develop Hub resources to support the PA/functional team.
Be the essential partner to front-line FP&A teams, driving process efficiency through standardization and automation.
Support change management to ensure responsibilities and deliverables are clearly outlined for Hub and front-line Finance partners.
Collaborate with Data & Analytics team members to use Google’s big data to architect metrics, solve problems, and influence decision-making.
