Our team works on developing and launching mobile communication technologies and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure a high-performance and reliable voice, messaging and data connectivity experience for Pixel and Android users. We design and develop Android applications, and the Android telephony connectivity framework that improves connectivity for Pixel Phones and Wearables. We also work closely on the 3GPP standards and other standardization bodies related to telecommunications.
As a Firmware Engineer, Pixel Telephony, you will be a Technical Lead and executive member of the team, helping to lead and drive these initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for Telephony Performance for all pixel products, driving improvement and setting up long term plans and architecture.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
