Master’s degree
Industry recognized risk certifications
8 years of managerial experience, including experience managing teams of executive professionals and managers and establishing performance expectations
Experience working in third party risk management, enterprise risk, security, audit, or consulting
Experience in procurement or functional transformation, and in the design and continuous improvement of P2P/Risk processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build cross-functional partnerships and develop stakeholder relationships

The Procurement team is a centralized team which is tasked with building procurement scale and efficiency while maintaining the independence and nimbleness of Google’s product team. T Google Procurement Organization (GPO) builds the foundation of a full capabilities solution. Our goal is to unlock value for Google to reinvest in what matters most.
Within GPO, you will support the Center of Excellence team that is responsible for developing, deploying, and ingraining best practices throughout the organization related to activities such as procurement process, systems, metrics, reporting, or training, building infrastructure for the team.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a Third Party Risk Management program in partnership with key stakeholders and compliance in alignment with industry best practices and in support of Google’s business needs.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and business partners (Compliance, Legal, Security Engineering, and Privacy) and implement actions to streamline risk due diligence processes and systems.
Design and deliver relevant third party governance policies, procedures, and practices including managing issues and escalation, risk acceptance or remediation.
Partner with relevant Google partners in the design and development of supplier risk programs such as identification, ranking, and tracking of supplier risks.
Assist in the transformation and continuous improvement of systems, processes, and controls that enable the procurement lifecycle through P2P, being focused on user experience.
