14 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, or a related function, or 12 years of experience with a relevant advanced degree.

Experience in team building and development.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience supporting the C-Suite.
Experience supporting HR teams.
Experience working with General and Administrative processes and headcount related processes.
Experience managing complex and ambiguous work.

In this role, you will be delivering the most pertinent insights and strategic financial recommendations to leadership, influencing Corporate Finance toward Google Cloud’s unique needs and streamlining tasks and communications across Cloud to deliver financial analyses while fostering an environment for team members to achieve their career potential and develop skills in their roles.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and oversee the implementation of workforce and labor utilization metrics, reports, and dashboards that are aligned with People Operations, Google Cloud Finance, and overall business strategy.
Manage partnerships across Google Cloud Product Areas to understand current and future workforce-related needs based on existing and new business pipelines.
Develop monthly and quarterly forecasts for headcount and Payroll Operational Expenditure across Google Cloud.
Manage Headcount and Payroll Operational Expenditure metrics, and develop review/communication cadence.
Manage Google Cloud Headcount/Payroll Operational Expenditure financial planning process, in conjunction with timeline from central Financial Planning and Analysis team.
