Experience increasing partner or client satisfaction, adoption, growth, and retention.
Experience delivering partner-focused solutions to meet customer needs and delivering ongoing value and sustained business growth.
Experience working as a clinician, in account management, and/or in partnership management within health systems, clinical and wellness programs, and/or healthcare organizations.
Ability to work cross-functionally with a distributed team across marketing, engineering, customer success, operations, and sales.
Ability to communicate, present to, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
Manage relationships with partner business leaders to develop strategies for the partnerships that solve their needs. Identify trends that will drive partnership opportunities and develop a robust pipeline of business with each partner.
Manage post-business activities with partners, including agreement renewals, growth plan, engagement strategy, and daily maintenance.
Deliver a high level of partner satisfaction for a complex partner base while ensuring annual agreement renewal and growth objectives.
Lead and develop discussing strategies and positions by analyzing overall partnership opportunity and integration considerations against partners’ needs and goals.
Monitor and measure metrics and performance monthly, quarterly, and annually.
