About the job
As a Senior Service Engineer on the Reverse Logistics team, you will help drive forward its hardware service/repair operation. You will drive process improvement and support all operational and customer-facing activities required for launching and sustaining hardware products at several of our Service Centers.
You will help develop, implement, and sustain reverse operations, and be the main point of contact between authorized service providers, cross-functional engineering, and manufacturing teams and service sites.

Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional team reviews to drive and improve product’s design for serviceability.
Help design product assembly, disassembly tools, fixtures, and procedures to enable reliable and repeatable repair at remote sites.
Manage the operations and implementation side of large scope projects and new or existing Authorized Service Providers (ASP) or partner service centers.
Lead service center bring up and qualifications for new product launches.
Drive reviews and influence decision-making with leaders across multiple organizations (e.g., influence design to drive improvements through cost benefit analysis, technology limitations, etc.).
