The Knowledge Engine (KE) is a platform that provides a semantic understanding engine for all of Google. The Knowledge Engine team ensures no user feedback is left behind so we can understand all users, leverage all of their feedback, and dramatically improve our systems.
In this role, you will overcome challenges in the space dealing with spam, classification, processing efficiency, and system insight generation. You will also have the ability to learn both front-end, back-end, and ML.
Responsibilities
Design the feedback processing components.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maximize the coverage and efficiency of feedback processing.
Reduce redundancy across multiple systems and support business workflow implementation.
Overcome challenges in multiple areas including data, serving, presentation, and user engagement.
Lead the development for the full life cycle of Search/Knowledge Engine user feedback processing, from data acquisition to resolution management.
