Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in product management, systems design, IT consulting.
- 7 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in workforce ecosystems, workflow Systems and technical solutions integrations.
- Experience operating within large global organizations with a large product portfolio, complex workflows and a widely varied workforce.
- Experience implementing strategic and large-scale initiatives/projects in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to deliver results and work cross-functionally to position and orchestrate multiple products’ solutions while engaging/influencing varied audiences, including executives.
- Ability to drive data organization, hygiene, and governance to create accurate, useful data.

Responsibilities
- Help design an integrated roadmap, translating the Data and Tools strategy into a technical delivery plan by understanding the strategic business needs and defining solutions for those needs, determine gaps in existing systems, architecture, solutions and provide fix plans for them.
- Work with technical development teams to launch tools across various organizations.
- Participate in regular business and technology reviews between xWS and technology teams to ensure alignment on strategy, plans and execution of key milestones.
- Help lead testing of products/solutions for customers/partners before release through different phases (e.g., internal testing, user acceptance testing).
- Lead efforts to transform infrastructure including surfacing requirements, setting timelines, leading sprints and pilots, and managing change with local partners.
