As a Service Partnerships Lead within the Google Hardware Supply Chain organization, you will manage the Sustainability and Take Back initiatives and Ads Support Platform (ASP) business development and partnership management for the Reverse Logistics team under Consumer Hardware group.
In this role, you will help launch products in our service network that support innovative hardware products. To manage these programs, you will work closely with several internal cross-functional teams including Sales and Operations teams internally within Google, and external Partners globally including Sales, Service and Manufacturing Partners.
The Reverse Supply Chain team at Google is responsible for delivering innovative and cost effective post-sales experiences. You will join a dynamic, creative, and fast-growing team that defines the service offerings for products that stretch from Phones to Virtual Reality products.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships within the sustainability community and support Google Hardware team’s efforts to achieve the annual sustainability goals across the globe.
Build new programs to manage disposition efficiently and support sustainability reporting efforts.
Travel globally during the early engagement phase with each Sales Partner, when needed.
Explore capabilities in the consumer space and launch programs and partner landscape, and build business case for onboarding partners and programs.
Model business cases for optimal reverse strategy recommendations considering multiple variables (e.g., forecasts, return rates, channels, geographies, BOM cost, etc.). Structure Service Contract Language (SCL) and framework for onboarding Google Hardware products.
