Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience working within a scaled environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with structuring ambiguous problems and working with data to uncover insights and create appropriate presentations and story lines to influence executive selections
- Experience in project management including process optimization and a familiarity with general business analytics, scripting tools, and databases
- Ability to take initiative and build productive relationships and influence all levels of internal and external partners
- Ability to maximize individual and team performance while maintaining an engaging working environment
- Ability to analyze metrics and data to regularly inform the strategy for achieving team objectives with a results-driven focus

As a Staffing Operations Specialist, you will work closely with your team, your manager, and the organization’s global leadership team to deliver operational results. You will act as the main point of contact for executive recruiting teams across APAC and EMEA.

Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for APAC and EMEA executive recruiting teams and Leadership Executive Operations Leads. Influence internal partners on creating an efficient interviewing process and effective use of interviewing resources.
- Act as a subject matter expert and counterpart to Program Managers and partner with Business Operations and Strategy and Enablement on emerging optimization programs.
- Own and drive high impact projects or programs with responsibility to set objectives, manage the team involved, and report on progress and final results.
- Identify and drive holistic processes and improvements which will streamline efforts, increase productivity, and/or improve candidate/internal customer experience.
- Analyze data and generate business insights to guide business selections as well as introduce new ways for the team to work smarter in their efforts to achieve desired results.
