Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience managing programs or projects at a startup, venture capital firm, accelerator, or similar startup ecosystem organization.
Experience with startup ecosystems (e.g., venture capital and accelerators, investor types, stage and round types, etc).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience leading operational/strategic initiatives.
Familiarity with sales campaign systems, CRMs, and other relevant sales systems.
Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment with an entrepreneurial approach.
Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and lead/partner with collaboration teams across a broad organization.
Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/briefing documents that support the narrative.
Excellent business acumen, problem solving, project management, communication, and analytical skills.
About the job
The Google Cloud Startup Team develops the programs and processes that define startup and investor ecosystem engagement for Google Cloud, and helps ensure that startups select Google Cloud to build on.
As a Startup Campaign Program Manager, you will help execute components of outreach campaigns and engagement with startup customers. You will establish routing criteria and rules for startup customers to ensure they get connected to the right teams in their journey. You will also streamline the connection of customers to our teams. You will coordinate this engagement across multiple cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations. You’ll also support operations for a scaled customer response team.

Responsibilities
Define the operational plans of engagement campaigns for various stages of a startup’s journey with Google Cloud.
Support analysis of the startup universe to define and prioritize outreach. Collaborate with analytics teams to prioritize customer lists.
Partner with cross functional teams to design, implement, and execute outreach activity with startups, including content distribution and training.
Work with cross-Google operations teams to troubleshoot and optimize customer ownership/mapping to Google Cloud teams.
Design content for Google Cloud tools and systems to surface relevant customer information to Google Cloud sales and support teams.
