Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience managing programs or projects at a startup, venture capital firm, accelerator, or similar startup ecosystem organization.
Experience with startup ecosystems (e.g., venture capital and accelerators, investor types, stage and round types, etc).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with data/analytics and leading complex operational/strategic initiatives.
Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment with an entrepreneurial approach.
Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments by leading and partnering with collaboration teams across a broad organization.
Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/briefing documents that support the narrative.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
About the job
The Google Cloud Startup team develops the programs and processes that define startup/investor ecosystem engagement for Google Cloud and helps ensure that startups select Google Cloud to build on.
As a Startup Early Stage Program and Partnerships Manager, you will lead strategy and execution of program offerings designed to drive engagement/acquisition among the early startup community. You will take ownership of existing early outreach efforts, as well as ideate and deliver approaches on the needs of early stage customers and collect customer feedback. You will craft program offerings and approaches, develop customer/sales enablement content, and track/report on program metrics and performance. You will collaborate with customer engineering teams and teams across Google to understand and align Google Cloud Platform product offerings to the needs of startups. You will also drive partnerships with other ecosystem teams by working in the startup community to mutually develop the reach of our offerings.

Responsibilities
Own strategy and execution of early stage-oriented startup program offerings.
Analyze customer requirements/market offerings, and define a differentiated approach for Google in providing value to early startup customers.
Develop partnerships with organizations by engaging with the startup community to mutually develop reach for startup engagement efforts.
Track, analyze, and optimize program performance to deliver an improved customer experience and key business metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, and business for startups on Google Cloud.
Build relationships and collaborate across functions. Work on complex tasks and drive organizational-wide impact.
