As a Strategic Account Manager, you will help transform programs through the use of Fitbit technology and solutions. You’ll engage with your customers and identify opportunities for strategic growth, and create successful environments for all parties that you work with. You will help define best practices for a fast-growing team. As a Strategic Account Manager on the Fitbit Health Solutions team, you will be a critical part of the strategy, maintenance, growth, and retention of our customers.
Manage relationships in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Success Operations, including necessary project management to drive alignment.
Own post-sales goals (agreement renewals, maintenance, and growth).
Monitor and measure utilization metrics and performance indicators for proactive account management, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
Deliver effective communication and marketing plans to drive employee engagement.
Guide programs and development to maximize business and agreement obligations.
