App Developers (App Dev) Strategy and Operations is part of the Business Strategy and Operations (RSO) organization within Google Customer Solutions. The broader RSO organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals/execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and initiatives forward. The team focuses on aligning the company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and helps evolve ideas into future-growth initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, launching, and maintaining business processes. You will be an expert on how our sales teams function. You will work to reduce the time spent on non-customer activities by improving operations based on needs. You will partner with executive stakeholders across the business and around the world to ensure the smooth execution and implementation of these solutions through the global App Dev Sales teams.
