Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, or other strategy role.
Experience in managing global initiatives with cross-functional partners including business development, product, engineers, marketing, and finance.
Experience working with OEMs, Hardware, OTT, Smart Home, IoT, or Media and Entertainment.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master’s degree in a strategy, marketing, management or technical field.
Understanding of and passion for Google products.
Ability to grasp complex technical and product concepts and formulate and articulate business, financial, and other points of value with partners as well as internal teams.
Excellent critical thinking, and problem solving skills.

Google TV, Android TV, and Chromecast with Google TV are products that help shape the future of television and the connected home as consumers continue to adopt Over-the-Top and connected TV viewing. The TV Partnerships teams drive strategic partnerships with a range of players including TV Original Equipment Manufacturers and Operators, retailers, and media and entertainment companies to enhance the consumer experience on the TV, and increase distribution of Google’s living room products globally.
The Strategy and Operations team brings together teams across organizations and functions to develop partnership strategies and help with the execution between Google’s partnerships and product teams. The Strategy Operations team has a wide variety of responsibilities including components of strategy (i.e, analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (i.e., managing the annual planning process, running the cadence of Business Development organizations), and communications (to teams, the rest of Google, our partners, management, etc).

We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing the long-term partnerships strategy to drive objectives and key results for Google/Android TV partnerships teams.
Drive operating cadence for Product Business Development area(s), including financial and headcount planning, objective and key results, etc.
Independently manage product area-wide deep dives and initiatives to drive broader and meaningful impact on the TV partnership ecosystem, and manage product Go-to-Market efforts coordinating across Business Development Marketing and Product teams.
Bring industry expertise to cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Product, Merchandising, and Marketing to help develop, align, and position Android’s cross-functional strategy and approach.
Build and maintain relationships with key Business Development and product stakeholders to accelerate key projects, remove roadblocks, and reduce organizational friction across teams.
