Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of relevant work experience in strategy and operations, project management, and program management.
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to work with ambiguity and work independently across multiple functions and product areas to drive alignment and deliverables.
Ability to effectively communicate complex information to internal senior management and external partners/stakeholders.
Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across the organization.
Demonstrated business acumen combined with problem solving, project management, and analytical skills.

The Payments Partnerships team works closely with Product and top partners to develop engaging commerce experiences globally. These experiences cannot be built in isolation, they are dependent on a maze of interactions that put us at the intersection of some of the world’s largest industries. Google’s Payments Products are core to our commerce partners goals: enabling them to effectively compete and grow.
As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will support strategic decisions and drive growth initiatives across the full suite of Payments Products. Your focus will be twofold; enabling an externally facing Business Development team, and effectively program managing and aligning internal teams and functions.

Responsibilities
Leverage strategic insights and operational excellence to enable externally facing Partner Management team to achieve objective and key results (OKRs).
Manage programs effectively with multiple global initiatives concurrently, interfacing with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendor teams.
Build reports and conduct complex analyses, to surface key insights.
Communicate results and insights with cross-functional leaders (e.g. through presentations and ongoing analysis/reports, etc.).
Manage extended workforce team members to execute on day to day partner operations processes, which includes overseeing budget, resource management, setting and monitoring performance metrics, ensuring quality of execution, and extended workforce scalable processes.
