The Google Cloud Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations team partners with the Geo Enterprise Sales organization in developing go-to-market strategies, providing business critical insights using analytics, ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helping teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.
As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you will support our global Geo Sales team. You will have significant exposure to a strategic business within Google Cloud. You will have day-to-day chief-of-staff responsibilities with the business leaders and their teams, and will also be involved in completing business analysis and other strategic projects. You will develop strategic insights and create tools and trackers to keep the business running.
Responsibilities
Identify and solve strategic and operational problems.
Identify and complete key analysis and generate executive-level insights and recommendations.
Manage projects by quickly understanding context and a plan.
Help identify, develop, run, and maintain any operational performance metrics for the business.
Coordinate key meetings and processes (e.g. supporting agendas for meetings, off-sites, quarterly business reporting, business reviews, supporting forecasting processes, and more).
