The Mid-Market Sales (MMS) Program helps many of the largest and most sophisticated customers within GCS. The MMS Program Design team innovates on program design levers to accelerate sustainable customer growth across multiple horizons.
In this role, you will drive the strategy, design, planning, and operations of Google Customer Solutions (GCS). You will lead the design, planning, and implementation of global business growth programs with cross-functional collaboration among sales leadership, marketing, product and engineering. You will help shape the engagement strategy of our global Salesforce and ensure alignment of goals and execution.

Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $169,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
