Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy development and execution, as well as change management.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree or MBA.
Distinctive problem-solving capabilities and experience leading interdisciplinary, complex operational and strategic (change) initiatives in a high performing and fast paced global environment
Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous and dynamic environment.
Ability to create effective relationships and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.
Ability to develop, manage, and ‘land’ large-scale cross-functional strategic (change) initiatives with multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams.

Our Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google’s culture and values to life. We acquire, build, and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Googley workspaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally. The REWS Global Programs team is responsible for workplace programs such as Food, Health & Performance, Transportation, Global Events, Sustainability, and Placemaking. In this role, you will manage industry-leading workplace programs and services that help make Google a great place to work. You’ll help design healthy and collaborative workspaces, create energizing food experiences, provide convenient transportation and fitness options, and deliver inclusive environments where our employees can thrive.

Responsibilities
Advise and consult on highly complex, high-impact challenges and priorities for REWS’ Global Programs VP and senior leadership team members, building and leveraging trusted relationships and expertise gained within REWS’ global organization.
Influence at all levels of the organization, including REWS’ Global Programs most senior leaders to drive alignment and transformation across the REWS Global Program pillars on critical Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), initiatives and priorities.
Lead REWS Global Programs executive communications and engagement efforts for REWS’ Global Programs VP, senior leadership team members, and the global REWS Programs organization to ensure alignment, understanding and engagement with our vision, mission, OKRs and priorities as we scale.
Ensure accountability through rigorous reporting, program management and tracking of success metrics. Serve as REWS’ Global Program’s representative on a variety of cross-functional global REWS and Google initiatives.
