About the job
As Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will build and execute a large portfolio of projects to enable scaled gift card business operations. You will work with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to ensure overall quality and execution of high impact projects. You’ll work on continuous improvement projects within business operations, including automation of forecasting, sales and operations planning, order management, and other business-critical processes. Working closely with internal Salesforce developers and global business stakeholders, you will actively engage in delivering on our tools roadmap and prioritize day-to-day bug and feature management. As part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you will bring a can-do attitude and sense of teamwork.

Responsibilities
Participate in strategic prioritization and implementation of projects.
Partner with global, cross-functional teams to build clear business requirements for effective process and tools solutions.
Publish ongoing project status, identify and manage project issues/risks, facilitate escalations when needed to senior management, and own overall project communications.
Develop and manage integrated schedules and project plans.
Identify the root cause of issues, make data-driven decisions, and implement consistent standardized business processes.
