As a Program Manager in our Program Controls Group (PCG), you will be responsible for driving new risk identification measurements and collaborating to drive mitigation programs for our delivery of equipment to our data center sites. You will frequently collaborate with supply chain operations and engineering teams to develop new processes, identify system solutions, and build program roadmaps to reduce risks associated with delivery of mission critical equipment. This will also require the structuring and driving of programs to proactively assess and address risk factors, impacting extended equipment supply chain initially and broaden to supply chain for delivery of capacity.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$203,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Establish projects, programs, work streams, program structure and framework, communication plans, developing roadmaps, and objectives and key results.
• Develop and collaborate to implement a supply chain risk management program for the OFE supply chain. Monitor the OFE supply chain for new and emerging risks based on market and industry conditions.
• Work with the OFE supply chain teams to develop and implement risk metrics and mitigation plans (including critical equipment types). Develop and deliver training on supply chain risk management to stakeholders.
• Report on the status of the supply chain risk management program to management and Data Center stakeholders.
