Our team of Engineers develops a scalable platform that underlies Google Store. We launch innovative shopping experiences, construct additional retail stores, and solve complex inventory optimization problems to provide an intuitive and frictionless purchase experience.
As a Technical Program Manager for Brick and Mortar Infrastructure, your mission is to collaborate with executive leaders, Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners across Google to shape how Google Store can provide a great shopping experience in our physical retail stores by improving the checkout experience on our point-of-sale devices, enabling products and services, and developing retail experiences.
In this role, you will identify issues and suggest creative solutions to ultimately help our customers get the most out of Google’s products and services.

Responsibilities
Drive the development of features on Google Store in collaboration with Engineering teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and third-party partners.
Partner with Product and Engineering leads to define and execute on high-level goals and roadmaps to drive customer lifetime value and loyalty.
Manage schedules/dependencies, identify risks, and clearly communicate status to leadership and stakeholders.
Work to align team members, manage delivery, and escalate as necessary.
Create scalable and reusable processes to accelerate growth and platform improvements.
