About the job
As Technical Program Manager on the Solution Architecture team, you will be the owner of the plan of record for our technical implementation at Google Health’s customers. You will anticipate customers’ needs and translate these into proactive implementation plans that are pragmatic and properly resourced. You will need to be ready to occasionally perform certain technical tasks when the team needs help, and you’ll set the team up for future success by organizing internal efforts to identify and codify implementation best practices.
Google Health is a company-wide effort to help billions of people be healthier. We work toward this vision by meeting people in their everyday moments and empowering them to stay healthy and partnering with care teams to provide more accurate, accessible, and equitable care. Our teams are applying our expertise and technology to improve health outcomes globally – with high-quality information and tools to help people manage their health and wellbeing, solutions to transform care delivery, research to catalyze the use of artificial intelligence for the screening and diagnosis of disease, and data and insights to the public health community.
Responsibilities
Oversee one or more technical implementations and ensure they are progressed as planned with effective communication across the organization.
Lead executive-level conversations with client technical counterparts. Prepare all necessary presentation materials in support.
Evolve our team’s implementation methodology, incorporating novel approaches and industry-accepted best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally at an executive-level to obtain required support and ensure cross-functional readiness to implement.
Lead cross-functional ‘special projects’ aimed at improving Google’s effectiveness in deploying provider-facing products.
