As the Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be apart of the organization’s ability to deliver the full breadth of capability of our Mandiant Advantage platform including Security Validation, Threat Intelligence, Attack Surface Management, and Alert Investigation and Prioritization. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the customer experience and engagement. This includes guiding customers with planning the use of Mandiant Advantage, leading the deployment of the platform, identifying the early wins, and driving the operational use of the solution.
Mandiant Advantage Customer Success is responsible for helping customers architect, deploy and adopt the Mandiant Advantage Platform to improve their ability to detect, block, alert, and respond to cyber security threats.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$168,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
